Silent Steel - Streamer

The Streamer is our largest suppressor. Through our experience in firearms and suppressor design we developed a suppressor that delivers the optimal balance between low backpressure, moderate sound suppression, size and weight. This model is suitable for full size rifle calibers like 308 Win. and 6.5 Creedmoor.

Streamer comes with either aluminum or stainless steel body. Aluminum body is suitable for PCC carbines, hunting/target rifles. Stainless steel body with flow suppression unit is full auto rated.

Suppressor is delivered with storage pouch and disassembly tool (Front Cap Key FCK).

Technical Specifications:
Length: 195 mm
(added length when using QD: 138 mm)
Diameter: 42 mm
Weight: 420 g (aluminium body)
580 g (stainless steel body)
Finishing: Black, Magpul FDE, Magpul OD Green
Calibers available: 5.56 mm and 7.62 mm

Measured sound pressure** (LCPeak) next to shooter’s right ear:
AR15, 223 Remington,16″ barrel 135 dB.
AR15, 300BLK supersonic, 13″ barrel, 133 dB
AR15, 300BLK subsonic, 13″ barrel, 123 dB
Remington 700, 308 Win, 24” barrel, 129 dB
Heckler & Koch MR308, 16” barrel, 138 dB

Hearing safe – The sound pressure shall not exceed 140 dB (ten shot average) level at shooter’s ear in Silents Steel sound pressure tests *.

Use always hearing and eye protection

Flow through design – No need for adjustable gas blocks or other modifications to the rifle
No harmful toxic gases to shooters face and lungs
No increased weapon fouling
Full-auto rated with stainless steel body – Simple structure with advanced heat management.
Recoil management – No significant increase in bolt velocity
Serviceable – can be easily disassembled for cleaning and all parts can be changed.
No minimum barrel length restrictions

Flash suppression – Controlled gas flow technology and rapid gas flow cooling eliminates virtually all flash. Streamer suppressors are ideal when using night vision since they prevent night vision blooming with each pull of the trigger.

Gasflow/taperlock. Suppressor thread tightens automatically when shooting. Fast revolving gases inside the suppressors creates rotational force keeping the suppressor firmly seated. Taper mount at the front of the muzzle device locks and effectively seals the suppressor keeping the mounting surfaces and thread clean from carbon buildup.

Minimal and repeatable point of impact change. Streamer’s use direct thread mount with taper lock.
This design is least affected with POI shift because the suppressor indexes at the same point when mounted and remounted every time. Streamer’s baffleless design inside the suppressor is symmetrical. The bullet travelling through the suppressor is affected by gas pressure symmetrically from all directions which keeps the bullet trajectory always the same. In most cases point of impact shift is 1-4 cm and straight down (100m).

* Caliber and barrel lenght affects the result. See the measured results.
